Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrived damaged, send us a photo of the damage and then we’ll need the damaged item sent back to us. Once received, we will almost certainly send you a replacement. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. While we aren’t liable for lost or stolen items, if the damage occurred during shipping, we will send you a replacement.
Exchanges and Returns
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges unless the wrong item was shipped to you. If that’s the case, please let us know, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label to exchange for the correct item(s).
Other than the above mentioned, do not send your item back to us, as we will not be able to issue a refund. Many of our items are made specifically for you, and a lot of time, money, and resources go into getting you your order.
We cannot accept returns on commissions, sale items, or gift cards.
