Artwork Usage & Attribution Policy
All artwork and imagery featured on this website and across my social media platforms are the exclusive property of ‘N Ember. Reproducing, distributing, or using any of these designs for personal or professional purposes without permission is strictly prohibited and not respectful.
If you wish to share any of my creations, I kindly ask that you credit or tag me properly to acknowledge the work and its origin. It’s important to support artists by respecting their rights and acknowledging their effort. Thank you for understanding and for supporting original creativity.
Care Instructions
- Vinyl Stickers:
The lifespan depends on your placement and although they are built to last, they may show wear over time. Water bottle - Hand wash and avoid soaking them in water. Phone case/laptops - Expect rough edges after a year of high volume use. - Wood Ornaments/ Plaques/ Awards:
Wood products may be finished with a clear lacquer and a slight yellowing may occur over time. Do not display in direct sunlight and store in a dry place. Direct sunlight will speed up the yellowing and colour change may occur. - Totes: Machine wash cold or hand wash, hang dry only. Do not iron.
Commission Payments
Depending on the cost of your commission, a deposit or full payment may be required to secure and begin your commission. Within the follow up, Nic will go over this and an invoice will be sent along with the final design. If there is a remaining balance, this will be due upon completion of your piece. Both the deposit and final payment are to be made via e-transfer before being mailed. Shipping costs will be mentioned in the invoice. If your commission is on a rushed timeline and is needed without delay, full payment is recommended to avoid delays. *Remember - once it is out of my hands and into the mail delivery service, I am not responsible for delays or damages. *
Commission Timeline
Commissions will begin once a final design has been agreed upon. After that, the turnaround time for your piece will vary between 2 to 8 weeks, depending on your position in the queue, size, and quantity.
Damaged in Shipping
If your item arrived damaged, we’ll need the damaged item sent back to us. Once received, we will almost certainly send you a replacement. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. While we aren’t liable for lost or stolen items, if the damage occurred during shipping, we will gladly send you a replacement if one is available. If one is not available, we can offer you another item at the same cost.
Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges unless the wrong item was shipped to you. If that’s the case, please let us know, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
- Please do not send your item back to us, as we will not be able to issue a refund (unless shipping damages occurred - See Damaged Shipping row). Many of our items are made specifically for you and a lot of time, money, and resources go into getting you your order.
Local Pick up
I am willing to discuss local pick/delivery on a case by case basis. Please connect with me regarding this option.
